Our Click & Collect service makes shopping with Cowal Building & Plumbing Supplies quick and easy. Simply place your order online, and we’ll have it ready for collection at your chosen depot.

1. Place Your Order

• Add your items to your basket and proceed to checkout.
• Select Customer Collection as your option.

2. Collection Times

• Orders placed Monday – Friday (7:30 AM – 5 PM) are typically ready within two hours.
• Orders placed Saturday (7:30 AM – 12 PM) are also typically ready within two hours.
• Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next working day.
• No collections are available on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Collect Your Order

• Visit your chosen Cowal Building & Plumbing Supplies depot.
• Bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID.
• Our team will have your items ready for a quick pickup.
